Attended GoToAssist Access allows a support specialist to access your computer and view your screen. Attended Access via Zoom
Zoom is a cloud-based video communications app that allows us to set up virtual video and audio conferencing, webinars, live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaborative capabilities.
You don’t need an account to attend a Zoom meeting, and the platform is compatible with Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, meaning nearly anyone can access it.

The support team uses many different methods to help our clients when they are using our platform. From our initial deployment tasks for training and mentoring to the daily operational assistance they rely on us for, it is critical to provide fast and efficient help for users to learn how to use the system and solve their problems. We do provide onsite services as well as remote access activities. For our remote access methods we use conference calls, remote desktop sharing and remote desktop control.
