Jeremy Tidmore
Managing Partner, Director of Operations
Jeremy joined Tradewinds Software in 2010 as a programmer, bringing his passion for innovation and customer-focused solutions to the grain industry. Starting as a developer and Level 1 support, he dedicated years to mastering the company’s software ecosystem. His expertise and leadership earned him the role of Vice-President of Software Development in 2015, where he spearheaded key advancements in product development and team growth. In 2023, Jeremy became Managing Partner, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, management, and software development, Jeremy continues to lead Tradewinds with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace culture.
Randy Rich
Founder, Partner
Randy Rich is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana with over 32 years of experience as TradeWinds Software’s CEO and President. During this time he has become adept at bringing projects from conception to production. His thorough understanding of generally accepted account principles has also allowed him to create unrivaled and industry leading software systems for decades.
Brad Duke
Head of Sales And Marketing
Brad enjoys helping customers evaluate, implement and leverage technology to deliver value to their constituents. He moved into technology sales after 10+ years in accounting, finance and operations, and has had the opportunity over 20 years to learn how a broad range of customers evaluate and implement technology from a great set of technology providers. We are happy to have his curiosity, energy and passion to win with customers and to help Tradewinds make a difference in agriculture.
