Tradewinds Remote access is currently unavailable (resolved)

At this time We are currently unable to access customer machines and servers via GoToAssist. Please follow this posts for updates on a resolution. 

This will not impact use by our users, however until this issue is resolved we are unable log in to any servers or client machines for troubleshooting purposes

Not yet resolved
 – Currently still unable to connect to a support session. GoToAssist Engineers are still working on the issue. This was verified via a call-in to GoToAssist, as of this time the website does not yet show this issue.

 – Our engineers have corrected the issue and we are confirming that all services are functional. (Tradewinds Note: we are not yet able to confirm this at this time that the issue has been resolved)

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide a final update shortly.

Investigating – We are actively investigating reports that some GoToAssist Remote Support v4 customers may be experiencing issues when trying to log in and view unattended sessions using the Desktop Application.
